INTRODUCTION

 Age limit :

• Age limit for participating in the Yatra is 60 years.

• It is mandatory that citizens aged 60 years and above are accompanied by their immediate kith or kin, as the trip will include walking. There should be someone from the family to assist them during entire trip.

• People who are below 60 years, but have some major health issues must be accompanied by their immediate kith or kin, as the trip will include walking. There should be someone from the family to assist them during entire trip.

Accomodation: 

• All Accommodation facilities will be taken care by the Yatra Committee of KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS MOVEMENT

Mandatory Registration: 

• Registration is MANDATORY for all devotees attending the yatra

Non-Transferable Registration: 

• Registration shall be strictly non-transferable, i.e. once registered you cannot interchange it with anyone else except with prior approval of the Yatra Committee.

Cancellation request :

• Although we don't entertain cancellations, because bookings are done in advance for all the participants. 

• But in special cases if cancellations request are made 15 days in advance from the date of yatra, then some amount may be refunded based on the refunds that we get from Hotel bookings and food arrangements. Other charges will not be refunded

Orientation:

• Detailed orientation session will be done for the registered participants. Date and time will be conveyed to you shortly
